Amazing doctor! I have been seeing for several years. My entire family sees her and she has been wonderful to us. We need more doctors like dr. Javid

I've gone to her for years, as she took over qhen my previous family doctor moved. It was fine when I didn't need anything but a physical and had no health issues, but since I've developed some, I had to find a new doctor. I felt like I was dying and almost dropped out of University before she tested me for pneumonia like I repeatedly asked (I had it and required 2x the dose of antibiotics due to how long it had been left, sas she just kept giving inhalers for months, saying it's just a cold). I've developed serious health issues recently and she diagnosed and gave me medication without testing to confirm her diagnosis and I've been getting worse. A specialists disagree with her diagnosis but she says they're wrong and I should keep taking what she prescribed (sans testing). Please don't go to her for any serious health issues!

I’ve been going to Dr. Javid for the last 7 years. She’s amazing. She is so good with kids. Isn’t quick to push pills. If I ask to see a specialist (with cause) she will set up appointments. She is thorough. She was amazing for my kids deliveries and through my pregnancies. I can’t say enough good things about her. Our family loves her.

Dr. Javid is amazing. It took a while to establish a rapport with her. She has improved in many areas since I have been her patient. Now that the rapport is established she shows sincere care and compassion for my health issues. She takes the time needed during appointments. She is also great with my 4 year old daughter. I do not hesitate to suggest Dr. Javid to Friends. Office staff is less to be desired but has improved. Dr. Javid does charge 25 dollars per page for any paperwork to be completed.

I have been in and out of clinics and have been searching for a family dr and been turned down by many because I have a chronic illness. Dr. Javid was respectful and very helpful and kindly took me on. Her front reception was very helpful and kind. I work for a doctor and understand the frustration of patients waiting and how it gets taken out on the staff. I love this clinic and I adore the physician!

Not very interested. Went in for a help with a chronic problem, she basically told me not to come back until i was ready to have surgery (even though there was no concrete diagnosis based on tests and she refused to refer me for more than blood tests). I wouldn't recommend her if you have any serious or complicated problem that requires her to focus or pay attention. If you've got something obvious or need a prescription filled, she'd be ok.

I don't think I would go to her for any serious issues. I only go to her to get my prescription filled. She doesn't even check my blood pressure before giving me the prescription.
The front reception lady isn't very nice. She talks/complains about patients (after they leave) to the other receptionist.
Dr. Javid is nice, but I don't think I would trust her if I was having any issues.
My first appointment, I ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes to get in. It's usually about an hour wait to see her.

I have now seen this dr twice, once for me (prenatal) and once for my daughter's two year check up. The prenatal appt was fine, but I will be changing doctors due to my daughter's appointment. My daughter sucks her fingers, not all the time but certainly when she needs comfort, like she felt like she needed at this appointment. This 'doctor' recommended that I wrap her fingers in duct tape to get her to stop sucking them. Seriously. Duct tape. It actually boggles my mind.
