I was asked by the belp, “why was I standing there,” and I was second in line to sign the clipboard to check in for my appointment. I responded that I was the Pizza guy without any pizzas to offer their staff because the older lady checking me in was rude. Then I responded again to say I was there to see Dr. Visvalingam for a colonoscopy consultation and I was a returning patient.

One of the staff members was very rude. I answered some of the Doctors questions. I took a few minutes and It cost somewhere around $200. They would not bill my insurance company for the procedure because they said I was there due to anemia. That was not why I was there. I cancelled the procedure. Waste of time and money!!!

This doctor is very unhelpful. He is not Really interested in his patients. His staff screws paperwork up and instead of fixing the problem, he covers it up. I went in with some paperwork issues and his attitude was-"too bad it's your problem". A very strong message to me on hoe he feels about being a doctor, helping people and hiring incompetentent help. Watch out-this one is probably covering up other issues.
