My kids and I went to Dr. Fraley one time. We were placed with a PA. We have all been on ADHD medications for about 4 years. I can understand, as a new patient, having a physician want to initially issue monthly prescriptions, rather that a 90 day supply for ADHD medications. However, she gave me 3 separate, monthly prescriptions for each of us, along with lab paperwork to get drug tested after 3 months. If you understand ADHD at all, to expect someone with ADHD to keep track of all of the paperwork for 3 months is asking a lot. Moreover, if a physician can hand me three 1-month prescriptions for the same medication, why is it an issue to give me one 90-day prescription for the same medication? The DEA allows for a 90-day supply of class 2 medications (those used for ADHD). On a separate issue, my husband has been in several times. Dr. Fraley (my husband has never been assigned to a PA) allows him to use rescue inhalers daily, rather than try to work on an asthma regimen to actually help reduce symptoms. It is clear that Dr. Fraley tells him what he wants to hear, rather than address actual issues or concerns, let alone the cause of my husband's blood pressure issues (alcohol, smoking, obesity, lack of exercise.) How is it "doing no harm" when a doctor only treats a symptom, without ever addressing the problem, and allows long-term use of something that should only be used on an emergency or as-needed basis?
