Nice smile and handshake, but I have been DX, with RA,OA,and fibromyalgia. Most of my days are filled with chronic pain level 4 but nights pain levels are 6-9. I was told to take tylenol 500mg 2 tablets in am and 2 tablets in evening.I use the arthritis 600 mg-2 tablets twice a day and frankly wonder if HE has ever been in pain. I told him it didn't touch it and got a smile a handshake and told to see my pcp. Really!? If he had doubts about dx then order tests. he seems to be of opinion that fibro is not a disease, but a feminine ill.I am 67 yrs old, not a drug addict,not on any pain killers, and retired from medical field. I know he should and could help me-especially since he is the only rheumatologist in the area,

Dr. burack is an excellent Dr. who is interested in me as a patient and as a person.

Dr. Burack earns a living giving evaluations for the "defense" (the insurance co.) He was effusive, dishonest, and clearly has no interest in giving an honest evaluation. He never read my files, if he had, he would have known there was no chance of continuing in a full time competetive occupation with the multiple problems I was dealing with. No one in my occupation, who is earning 6 figures, is well established, and highly successful, goes on med. leave and disability to collect SSI. His dishonesty, and total lack of regard for the biggest disappointment in my life due to the chronic and progressive medical problems that brought me to my knees in total defeat, has lost close to a $1,000,000.00 in income and benefits. I was too sick to sue him, but should have. What he did to me and probably other patients should be considered criminal negligence. The man has no conscience. If you are sent to him for a medical eval. have it changed immediately.
