Dr Aïna est mon médecin depuis 20 ans. Je la trouve humaine et à l'écoute de nos soucis médicaux. Sa ponctualité laisse à désirer, mais je lui pardonne, car elle prend le temps nécessaires avec ses patients. Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif à son sujet.

Doctor does NOT listen and talks over instead of registering important information. Being a patient = needing help with a medical issue. Being a doctor = Helping / Adapting to clients and not imposing superiority. Extremely disappointed.

Incroyablement irrespectueuse et rigide. 2 heures d'attente pour une consultation téléphonique. Ne pose aucune questions. Se contente de la déclaration à l'infirmière. Elle doit être fatiguée j'imagine

This is the WORST doctor ever , I went into her office crying because of vertigo , she told me : i think your exaggerating , what an attitude for a doctor to have , she’s the worst , to AVOID , zero compassion , what is a doctor without compassion? If you have problems leave them at home

Dr. Aina is kind, caring and very concerned about her patients. She has been my family doctor for 14 years now. I recently required an emergency biopsy and immediate consultation for breast cancer. Within 3 days I was able to see dr. Aina and have a referral. She also personally followed up with me to make sure I had the care I needed. Most patients find it difficult to sit in the waiting room beyond their appointment time but should try to understand that Dr. Aina is prioritizing urgent care. She is the best and I cannot thank her enough. Unfortunately the changes made to the reception area and staff make the overall visit unpleasant at times.

She is not approachable, not caring and doesn't seem like she is listening to you. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I am proud to have dr aina. she is an excellent listener and takes time with you and adress all issue. Obtaining a appointment is not the best, her hours are not sufficient. Nothing but good things to say about this doctor, i do not understand the one bad review, this is nothing like her and been seeing her for years. , However one of secretary, the eldest is not pleasant at all, it might be time to consider taking her retirement, every time i called it feels you are disturbing her and i end up saying to myself how rude this person is. Her collegue at the desk is nice, it makes up for the other one..
