My 7 year old son had an accident this summer and had to undergo a skull reconstructive surgery.
She was very helpful explaining the entire surgery procedures to the parents and family members, though it was more than one time, She was so willing to help us, get back to us with answers. She is accurate and objective. She is very great with children and she made my son feel comfortable and secured. She is a great surgeon and I think personally she is the best. Thank you Dr. De Ribaupierre for saving my son's life.

Went to her she left us in exam room for over an hour -- sent in resident mess real doc come in like we interuppted from shopping our mri suggested another mri but she had no time for that n her dumbass resident horrible now my kid has tremors in hand but they said jus headaches cause didnt do 2nd mri for chiari careful goin to this disaster show especially we were travelling from windsor

Dr. Sandrine helped me and is still helping me and never gave up when we thought we were getting no where. She was nothing less than remarkable when it comes to listening and doing everything in her power to fix the situation.

This wonderful woman saved my daughters life!! We thank her every time we have to go and see her. She is the perfect doctor to have: straight to the point, what needs to be done, what could happen, and what the future may hold. She is an angel is disguise as a doctor. She gave us our little girl back and there is nothing that anyone could be more thankful for.

Amazing!!! This surgeon saved my life. After 15 months of pure suffering and dealing with doctors that had no interest in finding out what was wrong with me, this surgeon came in to meet me ( I was supposed to have a consult with her in 1 week) in the ER and told me she would do surgery on me that evening. She was great, compassionate and you can tell she loves her job. She travels a lot and yet always seems to happy and willing to help. I finally have my life back with my new shunt and can resume normalcy of life! Im so thankful for this wonderful neurosurgeon!

Where do I begin.My daughter is a teen and ended up having a complicated case, that even Sandrine(what she told us to call her) had to go back to the books for. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her integrity is unheard of by most standards today, let alone a surgeon. Whenever she told my daughter she would be there, she was, even coming a couple of times in between surgeries. Any questions we had were explained fully and she always put us at ease with her calm personality. I loved the fact that she treated our daughter as a person and talked to her. We still are not out of the woods, but Sandrine said she would figure this out and we quickly found that what she says, she means. When she says she's going to be there, she's there, when she says she's going to do something, she does it. The first time we were in the hospital for over a month and from what we saw we couldn't be happier with her and would very highly recommend her to everyone. Each time we see her we are more impressed

Dr. De Ribaupierre is the best of the best she has been my daughters Doctor since birth where she operated on her spine at just hours old. She put in a shunt a week later. she has been great at our follow ups and always makes sure we understand the situation. Our Daughter had another surgery with her October 2012 and we just had another this past week. Dr. De Ribaupierre was in to see us every day even on the weekend. She is so kind and my daughter loves her and always says she is the best Dr. My daughter is 4. I hope she stays in London but I swear I would follow her any where.
