Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever come across. The first visit I had with him he came into my room while I was stripped down without a nurse! Later, I was scheduled for an induction by my primary OB and this heinous excuse for a human being was the on call OB. Long story short, he overruled my doctor's orders and sent me home. He is condescending to the point of humiliation. He is arrogant, and treats his patients and their families with a disgusted callousness that is nothing short of appalling. I went home in tears both times I've been seen by him, embarasssed and afraid. I will deliver my baby myself before allowing him to come anywhere near me. Cape Fear ought to do itself a favor and ban this terrible "doctor."

This dr. bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired. I was a patient that was requiring pain management throughout my pregnancy. It was not ideal, but I was not able to help needing the medication. I was in the hospital for the duration of my pregnancy and was prescribed morphine for pain. I was able to ask for this medication every two hours and I would try and hold off for as long as possible. I would be in tears from the pain before I asked for the medication. This doctor felt he had the right to come into my room everyday and make me feel guilty for having to have pain management. One day he even went as far as to compare me to a heroin addict. That is when I informed him and his practice Cape Fear Valley OB/GYN that I would no longer need them to be my doctors. I had had enough of the constant criticism and I filed a complaint and switched ob's. I have no confidence in this doctor and would not even let him deliver my dogs puppies. He is arrogant, condescending and rude STAY AWAY
