He is arrogant, rude and condescending.
The whole time you will feel like your presence is an inconvenience to him and the entire staff. I receive a controlled substance prescription from him each month for a diagnosis I have had confirmed by multiple doctors through out my life and every time I see him I am treated like drug addict.

His questions are not derived from a caring mindset, he is interrogating me, trying to catch a changing story or lying. Somehow he has the audacity to tell me that my problem is not setting enough goals because he does not personally understand or believe my problem actually exists.

I suspect the only reason he writes the prescription is so I continue paying him for the displeasure.
I am currently looking for a different doctor.

I have been seeing him for about 10 years. only once has he asked discovery questions to see what has been going on. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He took no time to explain diet or ways to change certain behaviors. he didnt explain the drugs or the side effects to me . i tried asking questions but shut me off. he told me no sugar no carbs. i them asked him about fruit and he said that was all sugar and stay away from it. he took no time to explain how to use the lancer or how to prick my finger. his nurse was next to useless. they didnt even set up the next appointmet for the next a1c. in the past a few years ago when i had a seizure i followed up with him after a hospital visit he prescribed me keppra he referred me to a neurologist which is good . When he told me about the side effects he was walking out the door to the next patient. he seems to be more concerned with the next patient and not talking to his current patient. As a whole the doctor nurses and front desk have a lack of customer service/patient skills. to me it seems like they only care about money not the patient.

I love Dr. Kim and his staff, they are wonderful. I have never had any problems with them. They have always seen me the same day if I am sick they always refill my RXs and return calls in a timely manner weather it be for lab results or just a general question. My husband and I love him.

If you plan on seeing this doctor, make sure you only get sick on the days when he works or when he is able to see you. He has been my primary care doctor for 7 or 8 years and in that time I've only seen him like twice. He never has time to see me when I'm sick. This January i was sick with the flu had like 104 temp and I called to see if he could see me, they said they would call be back and let me know. Its September now and I'm still waiting for the call. Today I called to see if he could see me some time this week or next for a sprained ankle, well to my surprise he doesn't do sprained ankles and told me to go to an urgent care. I guess its time to find a real doctor that really cares about his patients and not just their money.
