This office is so nice and professional from the front desk to the staff and the Dentist. When you go in, they are on time, helpful, and they know you like a family member. The waiting room has all age groups. Dr Albright loves what he does and is so good at matching the tooth color when doing a filling. You leave with a smile and a natural look. If you are nervous, ask for the Nitrous Oxide. He is very referrable and the office location is easy to find. If you are not happy where you are, or have put off going, try this office.

I realize it's not the dentist's job to limit my visits as per my insurance criterion. However...I had like four or five appointments in less than a year to drill feelings (my first time back to the dentist in a while and concomitantly, my first re-exposure to health insurance as well...I wasn't thinking about limiting visits per a certain amount of time). I got a bill for nearly the full amount after my last filling appt. and when I called, they told me about the insurance limit. I said, "Hmmmm, I know it's not my responsibility, but, it woulda been nice to kinda be reminded in a friendly way ya know...'don't forget to check your insurance'"...but none of that... they come off like a family atmosphere but are a bottom line business like the rest! Then as I agreed to pay back in small increments, they charged my wife a $25.00 late fee because she got out of class late!!! I won't ever go back because they refused to acquiesce on my complaint and then got snippy on top of it!

I was very pleased the first time I went to Dr. Albright's office as a new patient. Him and his staff were very welcoming. They thoroughly explained my dental needs and concerns addressing all the issues I brought up. I look forward to my cleaning in a couple of weeks.
