Worst experience of my life !! If you want a caring, understanding, thorough Dr, she is NOT IT !!

Dr. Eddy-Bertrand does not care about her patients. I waited a long time to be seen by her only to feel like I was in and out... Be ready to be rushed in this busy facility. There is a 2-3 month wait to see her. If I am sick, I am not waiting 2-3 months to be seen.

Dr. Eddy Bertrand is an extremely kind caring doctor who cares about her patients. She may appear in a rush, but she will listen to your concerns and address each one. Her staff including receptionist, nurses, and PAC's are all great. Dr. Bertrand is sincere and has great bedside manner. I have had good doctors and bad doctors in several different states and finding Dr. Bertrand has been a huge blessing.

Great doctor, however it takes much too long to see her. Also, she seems to always be in a rush; thus making her patients feel hurried. Make sure you come totally prepared with lists and specific info and questions to make your visit worthwhile.
