I have nothing but good things to say about this office, I was very scared to go to the dentist and they treated me no different because of it, they were extra caring and comforting as well and the needle was painless I couldn't believe it, by fr the best experience ever!!

I think that this is the best office and dentist I've ever been to. They all genuinely care about their patients!!! I am always greeted when I walk in the door! They are all very friendly and welcoming! It's really nice because I never feel like I'm "just at the dentist". They take the time to explain everything from insurance and procedures and always willing to answer my questions. I don't think enough people report all of the good things! Dr. Lowe is always very gentle and caring to me and my family? You can tell that all of the staff love to work here!

Dr. Lowe had me fitted for a plate, which broke shorty after. She tried to blame it on me, and I KNOW I didn't break it. She would not take responsibility for selling me a bad product, and would not fix things up with it.

Always follows the NSDA fee guide. Very friendly, welcoming & caring staff. They always make you feel at ease. Best "needle" I've ever had. I can't say enough good things. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Keep an eye on what they bill you and your insurer. They may be billing both.
