I saw Dr. Greenberg for a post op infection because my surgeon was out of the office. The surgeon was a really bad bad man! Using no anesthetic or local numbing he Started squeezeing out the pus from 2 different angles. I was grabbing my leg, squeezing and kicking because the pain was unimaginable!! Then he told me I wasn't going to like him. He Got that right! Then he got a scalpel (like razor blade) and started cutting in a couple areas to get out more pus. Horrible Pain! Then continued to squeeze out more pus 3 or 4 more times, Horrible Pain! Swapped (not gentle) the inside of the wound with a different Q-tips 3 or 4 more times! Horrible Pain!! He grabbed another Q-tip to clean out wound with iodine and peroxide! Horrible Pain with burning!! Then he put lots of packing in the wound and dressed it. Now I have horrible stabbing pain in that wound and area surrounding the wound!!
I'm surprised I didn't pass out!!!

Fantastic Dr.! Have been seeing him for 30 plus years. Would not trust anyone else with my orthopedic injuries/issues. He's a no fuss kinda guy that tells it like it is. If you offend easily or need someone to baby you...I suggest you go elsewhere. I appreciate his straight to the point attitude. He really cares about his patients and wants to see you get better and does not hesitate to tell you exactly what you need to do to get better and doesn't hesitate to get in your face when you aren't doing what he told you. He is passionate about his work and patients! You're awesome Dr. Greenberg.

Dr. Greenberg came highly recommended by two highly respected doctors. I didn't like him at all.No bedside manner at all. Infact when he came int othe room, he never said anything to me. I didn't know he was the doctor! He suggested a cortisone shots for me in my hips. He had his flunky staff give the shots and when it wasn't successful, he said I'll do it next time. Why didn't he do it originally is my question?

great surgeon, but don't believe when he says that he is there for you. He lied about that.

Dr. Greenberg is a great doctor, he is not one of those doctors that want to just cut on his patients, he tries alternative ways to repair, like therapy, braces, or injections. He is a great sugeon and knows what he is doing. He takes the time to talk with his patients and answer their questions, he lets them know what they need to do to prepare for their surgeries so their healing will be easier on them, he explains what to expect when they go into surgery, he doesn't surgar coat it, he does explain the bad and good outcomes. He has a great sense of humor, but is serious when the time is right. Hats off to you Dr. Greenber!!

What should have been a simple knee replacement ruined my standard of life! He damaged my femoral nerve, ruptured my patella tendon then tried covering it up with 2 manipulations under a month of replacement. I will not even go into his behavior for the simple fact that'd take more then 1k characters allowed. A new surgeon reattached my patella tendon & am able to walk again... for your health and weel being I implore you to KEEP LOOKING

Excellent surgeon, goes out of his way to take good care of his patients. His bedside manner can seem a little gruff and abrupt at times, but he's a great guy and a wonderful doctor. Great for joint replacement surgery.
