Worst doctor I have ever visited. Very disrespectful, treated me like a child. Didn't listen to what I had to say nor my symptoms. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning. I still Feel terrible. Only assistants were kind.

DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE WHAT I HAD TO SAY.SAID SHE COULD'NT FIND MY MEDICAL RECORDS THAT I HAD SENT HER.TOLD ME A BLOOD SUGAR RATENING IN THE MID 200'S WAS OK. AS A 20 PLUS YEAR DIABETICA I KNOW THIS NON SENSE.

I was sort of worried when I read the reviews of Dr. Pathare. I had to pick a new PCP because my house was foreclosed on and I had to move to a different area. Dr. Pathare was the only Dr. accepting new medicare patients. I had a 2:00 appointment and I was seen at 1:45, quite a difference from my old PCP who would leave me waiting for 45 minutes every time. The nurse was very efficient and friendly. When Dr. Pethare came into the examination room she was smiling and friendly. We introduced ourselves and she took 30 minutes noting my medical history and asking the type of questions that I would expect from a a qualified Dr. I am very pleased with her bedside manner as well as her knowledge. I feel that the negative reviews are prejudicial and unwarranted. I like her and will continue to see her. I would recommend that you make your own decision.

10-01-2010 This was the worst Dr I have ever been to and I will be changing Dr.s Monday morning,she is very rude,does not listen to your concerns,and does not even know what the Hell she is doing or talking about!I hope people who read these reviews do not choose her as your Dr and runnnn for your life literally!!!! Maybe she would have been a better psychic than a Dr seeing that no matter what your previous Dr.s diagnosed you with or what your sypmtoms are, are not true! She's a true whack job!!!!!

I am switching Dr.'s after 2 visits. I feel that Dr. Pathare did not listen to me either visit and it is one of those situations where I felt like she had the attitude that if iut was not HER going through the situation, then it did not matter. NO EMPATHY, very business like and just not LISTENING. I am 50 plus years old and I know what has worked for me in the past and I know what WORKS. Her "bedside manner" needs work. She is just weird- I do not base judgement on race as a rule, but there REALLY IS something about people who ae from India. Their culture or something. They just don't relate to us Americans... I am serious. I had not thought that until I met this Dr. and put all my different experiences together and I really think that that has a lot to do with it. Perhaps if you are not a born and bred American you should practice in your own country? Not much else I can say.

I was very frustrated after 2 visits with Dr. Pathare. She is the kind of doctor that I meet every once in a while who is extremely conservative and won't write that prescription, give the referral, or run the lab test. Maybe it's because she want's to avoid Cigna's scrutiny or maybe it's a political issue for her. Either way, I didn't feel I was listened to, understood, or that she cared very much. I say this because I felt that she took what information I gave her and quickly manipulated it to fit what she had set in her head to do in the first place, without really considering what my ailments are and what has already been working for me. Maybe she would be fine to see if you just have a common cold or something simple, but in my case I have more than one health issue and in my opinion, she did not handle it very well whatever her reason may be.
