My worst experience with medical billing! There are so many good dermatologists in this area with honest, well run billing departments. There were massive irregularities in our bills and they were not redressed by the office manager. While I was in the waiting room, I heard repeated calls from other patients with similar problems (e.g. billed for biopsies or missed appointments that never took place).

He spent basically no time at all with me, and he was very rude, with a very not good beside manner. I will not be going back. I think he is just trying to upsell very expensive cosmetic enhancement services, and not interested in straight forward dermatology, (because no money in it), and again, his bedside manner is horrible, and spent maybe 45 seconds with me, if that.

I had a very pleasant experience. The office staff was exceptionally pleasant and patient. I would recommend anyone to the practice.

Front staff very pleasant, Dr. Prussick is very kind and knowledgeable. I spent many years trying to find a good dermatologist, and now I can say that I'm in the right place. Dr. Prussick is a great person and really cares about his patients, I have been comming to his office since 1999.

This was my first OV. The thing that impressed me the most was that Dr. Prussick took his time; at no time did I feel rushed. It is obvious that he is intelligent - he had to process a lot of info in a few minutes and was able to offer his medical opinion. I value what he said. It made sense and it was a huge relief. (it also saved me a trip to Johns Hopkins) I would refer anyone to Dr. Prussick.

I have been seeing him and his PA for over two years. He and all of his staff are friendly, very knowledgable and effecint. Excellent service.

After about 5mns talking to him about my case, I can't say too much about his knowledge. This was the shortest doctor's appointment ever. He looks so shy, he asked me some questions without looking at me directly and then gave me a prescription. He barely answer my questions and the way he speak did not convince me that he knows what he talking about (I am not saying he did not know). I still don't know what is the problem with my skin because he never answer this question he only told me what to do to get rid of it. The staff is the best, really helpful and ready to answer any question (5/5).
