Been my colitis MD for 3years. He changed my treatment program at first visit and this is the best I have done in the7 years of this illness.- no flares or missed work. He is a bit long winded, but does listen and always answers questions.

By far the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. During my appointment, told me that I had been misdiagnosed several years earlier, then never mentioned anything about the misdiagnosis (and consequently unnecessary surgery I had had) again. Dismissed another professional's recommendation for his own personal reasons, then proceeded to blame me for my post-surgical issues. If you get this 'doctor', RUN!!!

Dr. Shaw is the most arrogant and incapable physician that I've had the misfortune of seeing.

Horrible bedside manners, had no time seemed rushed. He clearly has no interest in how his patients feel. I would never recommend this doctor, ever.
