Great care. Diagnosed my son. Got a plan and treatment. My son is doing great in school now. Dr Rosen and his team are patient and I like the follow up appointments. I’m so thankful for people like Dr Rosen that can help my family.

My daughter had only been a patient of Dr. Rosens for a short time but he has been
Very helpful! I was most impressed when on off hours I was able to reach him directly. If you are looking for a old school dr who gives great patient care he is the one.

I have never heard of a neurologist doctor yelling at his patients before until today. Actually, I have never heard of any doctor yelling at their patients until today. A doctor is supposed to be a claim and understanding of your needs or your child. Well, that isn’t the case with him. I couldn’t hear what the patient said but nothing is that bad that you are yelling at them and you can hear him in the hallways and in the next room. He was yelling like a crazy man and stormed off walking and yelling we are done and slammed the door. That was enough for me to say this doctor doesn’t have good bedside manners. Especially since he sees children. Would you want a doctor screaming or yelling at your child or you? Definitely look for another doctor.

First visit -Waited an hour to see him - left after 5 minutes, rude, dismissive , put his hand up when I tried to speak and said don’t start , told me I was wrong as most people because we don’t know - he does - walked out - will never go back - never walked out on a doctor before - could not believe this

Our experience with Dr. Rosen was very poor, his staff have zero concern for how they act around the patient and their parents, zero disregard and empathy for a parents concerns. As a parent reading a test report that Dr. Rosen requested for our child and not fully comprehending the report we called his office asking for a call back to discuss the report. When requesting information for a test result on the phone the staff had a very bothered attitude and just kept saying “well that is not how we do things around here, you will have to make an appointment and come in to get your results.” To expect a parent to wait three weeks’ as that was the first appointment available to discuss the results with the Doctor is unacceptable. It is a shame that Dr. Rosen has lost sight of the fact that he is providing a service and that his patients are also customers and can take their business elsewhere. Needless to say it only took me a few minutes to find another Neurologist to take a look at the report and to assure us that everything was fine. Can you imagine waiting for three weeks stressing over a report to find out that there was nothing to be concerned with. All this stress just so that they can charge you for the additional office visit. If you have taken the time to read this I strongly suggest you look for a different Dr. to care for you and your child’s needs.

I have been going to this office for about 4 years. Although the office does get busy at times (what office doesnt?), I have never felt rushed when being seen. We have used the nurse practitioner, Helen Winthrop, and have always felt that she has patiently listened to all of our concerns and has thoroughly addressed every one. She has been extremely timely in responding to any requests. I have used this office for both ADHD as well as a concussion for two of my children.

Dr. Rosenn and his staff are great. I've been going to this practice since 2003 and I've never had any problems similar to what some of these reviewers are posting. Dr. Rosenn is a kind doctor who is very smart and doesn't give up on your care. Like any pediatric office there is usually a wait, especially during after school hours. Making appointments in the morning is preferred if you want to be seen faster. The N.P's always return my phone calls. If I happen to get the voicemail as long as I leave a message there is never an issue with returning my calls. Dr. Rosenn offers testing in his office which is also super convenient. My diagnoses is Epilepsy and I have been seizure free for years thanks to Dr. Rosenn. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenn and his practice for your child's neurological care.

this guy is a zero. Rude and dismissive. Will talk over you if he doesn't want to hear what you are saying. THE WORST OFFICE STASFF I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I can only assume any good reviews one here were written by him or his "staff"

One of the worst front staff employees I've encountered. They don't even look up at you to great to you. I mean, be a tiny bit compassionate. This is a pediatric neurologist, try being a little nicer to us parents/caregivers coming into an office like this.
