She spends time on computer while she allows a undergraduate sophomore to work on patients. She bills insurance company for work she did not perform. Very unethical.

I asked for a predetermination of charges of charges for a crown and cavity from Cigna.Dale the office manager called me and told me that my part would be $265.When I arrived for the appt,he told me he forgot to make note of the amount and asked to charge my credit card $290.I thought that was very unprofessional,but I trusted him,and agreed,thinking I would have a credit on my account.I had the work done.Dr Busch had me come back for an appt to fit the crown.I was never told that was an additional charge.At other dentist,the adjustments are done immediately after the crown is placed.When I received the statement from Cigna,The customer's responsibility for the work was $164,not $265.I made 4 calls to the office,but,I was told that Dale was never there.I asked Rachel to have him call me.I never received a call back.I asked Rachel about my credit and she said I did not have a credit,but I had balance of $25.More calls and I finally got a statement of charges.I realized I had been overbilled.I wrote a letter to office manager,Dale asking for a refund and never received any answer.BEWARE

Very clean office with caring and attentive staff and doctor.

This is a very kind and compassionate staff. They met me at the door and showed me around the office, gave me a cup of coffee, and made me feel special. They were good with finding out and explaining my insurance benefits and getting my claims paid. They gave me an appointment right away when my previous doctor would not see me for 2 weeks. The doctor was thorough, explained the procedures,and was very gentle.
