Tried to get a copy of my father's medical records and was met with the rudest individual I have ever come across in my 30 years of working in health care. I'm guessing she must be a family member because I can't imagine anyone putting up with her horrible attitude. She became very hostile telling me I needed to give her at least two weeks. She was by herself and very busy. News flash lady, we're all busy. I'm trying to get my elderly father to a specialist. I was not informed of your staffing issues. Why would I be? If you hate your job so much do all your patients a favor and find another. There is NEVER an excuse for your rudeness.

I was referred to Dr Chavez as a follow up from an ER visit the prior weekend. i had many unanswered questions and Dr Chavez took his time to explain everything to me. He went over my test results, diagnosis, plan of action ect. He was very professional yet very personable with me. i did not feel like another number to him. i would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful Dr. but the front desk staff (Bobbie) is very rude. (on all three phone calls but nice in person, when the Dr is around)

Precise,meticulous,knowledgeable,interested in healing the patient.Dr Edgar Chavez takes his time with you,therefore you do not feel on a medical assembly line.
