I have a horrible fear of hospitals and doctors, but Dr. Naylor was a phenomenal doctor. I was never scared to go in to see her. She always cared about us, and paid attention to what was going on in our lives. Her staff was great at her first location but when they moved it noticeably changed for the worse. Now that she has left her practice we are at a loss to find someone as informed and helpful as she was.

I had Dr. Nalor when she was in Rimbey AB. in 2006 she was a wonderful doctor and I will always remember her for her kindness and professional abilities. The staff there were great and I was able to get the help I needed at a very difficult time so thank you Dr. Nalor.

She is always late but, knowing this I take a book, settle in and read until she arrives. That said, a wonderful, caring person who always takes time to discuss not only health issues but always ask about the rest of the family. I NEVER feel rushed with her. I have great confidence in her ability as a family doctor. Another thing I like about her is that she never hesitates to refer to a spec if needed, a sign of a good family dr in my opinion.

Dr. Naylor is great but the staff can be very rude and dismissive, it is a poor reflection on her as it can make the experience negative. Too bad that bad staff can make the experience less than pleasant.

I've been seeing Dr Naylor for about 4 years, I switched to her after a terrible experience with my previous family Dr, maybe I've just been lucky but she always listens to me and seems to care about my issues. Also she has been very diligent when it come to send me for an specialist or referrals for special test like MRI and such without having to wait months and months to get in. Ver happy with her.

Dr. Naylor is so great. She listens to what you are saying and I feel complete trust in her that she is completely getting the job done. Her office staff is the opposite. They are rude, quick to speak and pass judgements (particularly her nurse!).

Dr. Maggie Naylor is very caring and understanding! She never hesitates to refer a specialist or offer immediate tests when she feels the necessity. She listens. I am so blessed to have found her.

Dr.Naylor is awesome. She is never worried to send you for a consult or tests if she isn't positive about something. That being said her office is terrible. My shortest wait over my appointment was half an hour and it was the first appointment of the day. My usual wait is about an hour to ninety minutes over my appointment time. As I have a one year old its extremely frustrating to have to sit that long in a waiting room.

On a personal level, I really like Dr. Naylor she is compassionate, she remembers personal details and listens and spends time with you. She is traditional in many regards but is respectful of my position even if it differs. I do find that she is often running behind, but don't always mind since you get the same time in return (just wish she would schedule differently). I also find it hard to get into see her on short notice.
