I have had to wait 2-3 hours for a short 15 minute appointment. The surgery scheduler made a surgery date for me several weeks in advance. She didn't bother looking at my file until 4 days before surgery at which point she called and told me they would have to cancel my surgery in their center due to my latex allergy. They then told me it would be several months before they could do the surgery in the hospital. :-((((( This has totally messed up many people's schedules and I didn't get any apologies at their incompetence.

I have never waited less than an HOUR for a brief, fifteen-minute appointment. The waiting room is dreary, and the magazines are all at least two years old. No television for kids. I called on Tuesday to make sure my Thursday appointment was still going to happen. They tell me "your appointment has been moved to Friday." No apologies, no explanation. They just moved my appointment because, I guess, it was more convenient for them. What would have happened if I'd shown up on Thursday to a closed office? Then, believe it or not, they called me on Thursday afternoon to remind me about my Friday appointment (an appointment I never made!) and then told me that there was a no-show fee! Then, I get there on time today, and after AN HOUR in the dreary, nasty waiting room... they still haven't called my name! How crazy is that? Jochum is OK, but the exam rooms are DIRTY with empty boxes lying on the floor. The staff is curt and condescending. FIND ANOTHER CLINIC!!!! Don't go here.
