I'm a baby when it comes to the dentist and Dr. Wright went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. Even gave me a neck pillow to use. Would highly recommend Fall Creek Denistry!

My wife and I both had a great experience with Dr. Wright. We are new to the area but after both having appointments at this dentistry, we are both certain we made the right decision for our family.

This office ripped me off. It was recommended by a friend of my colleague. So I went to there. At the very beginning, I told them to make sure I was notified before I have to pay out of my pocket. They said ok. Then they did this and did that without even asking me. When I trie dto pay, the nightmare started, their estimate is about $400 out of my pocket. I asked why. They said they didn't a lot. I said it was not diffferent with what I had before. Why did this new dentist charge me so much while others just charge me around $20? Believe it or not, they said they just do whatever they thought the best for the patients. They don't have to ask for permission. I eventually had to ask the Indianapolis Dentist Association for help. The only thing they did eventually was to return the money that I pre-paid for the next appointment. They charged me a lot much than what they estimated. When I asked why, they said estimate can be wrong. What a place! Make sure you won't be ripped off.
