I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ebert and her staff! I can't say that enough. I was apprehensive about getting braces because I felt it was for kids or teens and I heard all the horror stories of headgear and pain and humiliation that adults had to endure if they wanted braces. When I went in for a consultation I was given free gifts, took a tour of the office and met with Dr. Ebert for an exam and before I left I knew exactly what would be involved for my treatment plan, how long it would take to complete it and how much it would cost. The cost of the treatment included everything from the braces to bands to the retainer and all office visits so there were no surprise charges or bills. What's better is Dr. Ebert offers in-house financing with no interest so I was able to pay 20% upfront and then the rest of the balance was spread out through the rest of my treatment time into equal, affordable payments. The office is very professional, clean and comfortable. There's even a unique children's cubby full of toys to keep small children entertained. It's built into the wall so kids feel like they have a secret cave to play in! All of the staff is very friendly and professional. I've never met anyone that was rude or unhelpful. As a rule, patients see Dr. Ebert on each visit which I like because i know I will be able to ask any questions and get answers directly from the doctor instead of having to leave messages or as an assistant. Dr. Ebert is always friendly and takes time to chat at each visit which I love because I always hate having to have a message passed along. It never seems to be what was said by the time it reaches the doctor. Dr. Ebert only works with Damon braces so appointments are quick and comfortable and if you have an emergency you can usually come in without an appointment to get it fixed. If you're considering braces, especially if you're an adult, go to Ebert Orthodontics!

The staff here is amazing & very friendly. Dr. Ebert sees every patient and explains to them as well as the parents how the progress is going. She told us 18-months for braces, and it's going to be 18-months. None of the, "we'll check again in 3 months to see how she's doing". Very professional!!
