I found Dr. Credidio very helpful and professional. She made me feel very relaxed in talking to her and she understood me. I have recommended her to several people I know.

I found Dr. Credio to be very unhelpful and rather unprofessional in ALL aspects of the profession. She took two phone calls during appointments and said that she sweared on picking up the phone again "if it was her daughter that was calling." Every time she would ask me questions in a condescending tone, I'd begin to answer, and then she would always cut me off in the middle of what I was saying. She made a lot of assumptions about me through the entire visit. And she always seemed irate and annoyed. This is definitely not what a good psychologist is. She said she would take me as a patient, but I gently let her down and told her that I was still shopping around. Luckily, I did find an excellent psychologist later, but I would NOT recommend Dr. credidio.

she was not helpful. often had to remind how much of an expert she is and how she knows these other people much like the patient, how she knows this and that. loves to talk about herself. says things, "hey, i'm a parent, that's why I'm always on vacation." even if you are clear about your goals, whatever!

Dr credidio is the best psychologists I've ever met! She takes care of her patients so well and she's always a pleasure to be around. I admire her dedication and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Credidio, she's simply the best!

I made at LEAST 5 calls attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Credidio and NEVER spoke to a live person. Thank goodness I have the support network of my friends and family because if someone was in dire need of help they may have unnecessarily suffered given the lack of response and insensitivity of this Doctor. After numerous phone tag voice mails were left (with at least 2 weeks before a call back to first call) she informs me (via VM) over A MONTH LATER that she is no longer accepting new patients. Why couldn't she have mentioned this in the FIRST voice mail so I didn't waste our time?! I was appalled at this and felt compelled to warn others who are seeking assistance, to save your time and find someone more responsive. If this is how she handles her practice I think it was divine intervention that we didn't get in touch...if we had, I might be in an even worse position emotionally after than I was before treatment. Unacceptable. Common courtesy should be a priority.
