Dr. Linda May is an evil pill pushing for profit doctor who will give anyone anything they want and get done with them as quickly as possible. She also is the most unprofessional and rudest Doctor I have ever met. After canceling and rescheduling on me twice, being 20+ minutes late to our appointments, being judgmental and rude. She also doesn’t understand how many medications work. Doesn’t understand how anxiety and other mental illnesses works, but will push any medications you ask for them. Anything for a $1.

Dr Linda Leitzinger May is a wonderful doctor. I would never go anywhere else. She is very easy to get an appointment when needed. She gives excellent care. She gives each of her patients the best care possible. She is very friendly and easy to understand. When you go with a medical issue - after your appointment you have a plan of action. If you need test, they are scheduled or a specialist (you get sent to the best physicians). She is very knowledgeable and takes time needed to be thorough. If she is running a few minutes tues late - it's because a patient came in needing a few extra minutes. But you have to remember that if you needed a few extra minutes she would give them to you. The nurse practitioner Kelly Sakoian is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I can't say enough great thing about Dr. May.

Beware and stay far away! I really can't stand Healthy Families anymore and my family have been long time patients. The office is hardly ever open, Dr. Leitzinger is never in, and the staff is simply HORRIBLE! Their attitudes are condescending; they are all incompetent; and their customer service sucks! I truly believe that your staff is a reflection of you and they take their cues from the head...with that said, Dr. Leitzinger and the other doctors should really get their staff together and present them with some much needed customer service training. I, and my family, will be looking for another place for our health care needs! The sooner the better!

Something has gone terribly wrong at this practice, "Healthy Families" as a whole. This doctor, as well as the entire office staff have gone from decent, friendly service to defensive,hostile, belligerent, incompetent, and demeaning. Maybe since they were bought by Hamot? Dr. Leitzinger seems to have undergone a major change from a caring, thoughtful doctor to a practioner of defensive medicine designed more to cover herself than to treat the patient.
