I have been seeing Dr. Robert Page for more than 3 years. I did not have any serious health problems before I started seeing him. I started seeing him for clod and for something minor. After a few visits I had some issues with the receptionists for making appointments with Dr. Page due to their very stereotype manner and behaviour along with no ethics or professional service and I made a complaint to Dr. Page about it that did not bode well with him; so from that point on every time I saw him he started not taking my issues seriously or with enough care. Basically some treatment stuff done to me over the last 3 years left me with a real bad health condition now. I honestly believe he is not a competent doctor at all. Just last one year and half I have been going through some huge burning pain in the back of my stomach, under and up around that I told him from its beginning , then again in writing, even I asked him to refer me to a different specialist ( because the last one is the same as he is ) to see my pain and my digestion problems, I asked him to test my stool because its color always yellow for 2 years, he never did it, and he was not able to diagnose my burning pain. So he let it sit for a year and half. Now how all these came about; I had my fist colonoscopy in July or August 2013 that he asked me to have it done by a specialist Dr. Peer and then though neither he nor Dr. Peer told me anything about the flip sides of having colonoscopy, they both kept me in the dark about its any serious side effects or complications, anyway again I had another short one done along with a biopsy in Dec 2013 by Dr. Gray Davis at Victoria Hospital in London. About two weeks later I had a burning pain started from where he did the biopsy in my stomach. After that I have been running around for getting some help from someone to treat this problem but no real help has been given to me so far and my pain is worse now. And very recently Dr. Page said I have a H-Pylori disease for which I took anti-biotic drugs but my pain remains the same. A couple of years ago, he prescribed me some capsules for my cholesterol problem and that medicine had a huge side effect on my stomach and on my whole body since then I don't feel myself the same again as I used to do. I have told him many times what I experienced and having as problems. He brushed them off. I would recommend everyone that they take extreme caution before taking any medicine prescribed by him or go through any medical procedure recommended by Dr. Page for major health issues major issues and also they got have a 2nd opinion on his diagnosis (by another doctor). Now I am going to leave him as my Family doctor and trying to get a new family doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Page as my family doctor for 2 years now and he is absolutely great. When I am with him for an appointment, I do not feel rushed at all. He listens to everything I have to say and addresses every concern which, from my experience, has been hard time find. I have yet to have a bad experience from this office. The entire staff is pleasent and they are very punctual with their appointments.

I tried to understand this man but he's gone loco on me more than a few times, at the CMHA. Sometimes when i go to see this doctor, i have to prepare myself mentally for what might be a blatent emotional beatdown. I have complained, to his boss, without so much as a call back after two very entensive messages, but i still put 5 for service because it's not the fault of the secretarys, who are always spot on with plesant attitude and help. The CMHA doesn't make you wait long, but what you get is a "doctor" who doesn't know anything about anything and yells at you when he's having a bad day. Usually, during visits i wonder if it's him dealing with the mental handicap, not his patients. Whatever medical foundation gave Dr. Page his doctorine failed the world and subjected sick people to abuse. This guy should be fired.
