She didn't listen to me at all and wasn't very friendly so I don't go there now.

We have been going to Dr. Hartung for quite a few years now and even moved with her when she switched practices. She has always been so nice and wonderful with our treatment. I would recommend her!!!

I really enjoy Dr. Hartung. She spends time with me; I feel she listens to me; she is great!

Horrible bedside manner, she has no personality; is actually rude. She doesn't listen to you, is egotistical and the office staff is not friendly either. It is easy to make an appt. and the office is clean, but I would definitely recommend to see someone else. You won't get treated well (can't if she doesn't listen to what's going on with you) and she doesn't answer questions well either.

Did a pretty thorough first evaluation of me as a first-time patient.

I was told to call in to have a Rx called in and when I did the staff lied and said the Dr. said I had to come in for a counseling appt. when I'd been on the Rx for over 5 years. The Dr. apologized for the admitted lie but then they started billing me for the appointment even though I provided documentation showing my government insurance plan states they are regulated not to provide or charge me for any services which are not covered without telling me beforehand and having me put it in writing that I agree to pay for the services, of which neither occurred. I had to have state advocates handle the situation and after they said it was all handled, four months later I started getting billed again and am being threatened with collection. There were other situations where the nurse lied to me about what "the Dr. said" before I finally stopped going. This Dr. is probably fine but she is COMPLETELY out of touch with her staff and they are COMPLETELY out of touch with ethical protocol.
