After having a most unfortunate experience at the dentist office, i developed a dry socket. That was the worst pain dentally i have ever experienced! I went to UAMS bawling because i was hurting so bad. Dr. maddox and an intern named Dr. Schultz?(prior paramedic) treated me. I was not treated like a drug seeker like Baptist did the night of the tooth extraction...I went by ambulance from the dentist once that day and then once by car that evening because of the arrythmia again and the socket pain(the dry socket started pretty instantaneous.) After throbbing, swelling, and suffering 2 packings by a dentist, I couldn't take it no more.I had been like this for days. These 2 gentleman treated me with empathy. They both made sure i was comfortable and numbed up prior to the mouth injections they gave me and made sure that i could rest afterwards.They both are great doctors and sure would make great dentists too!Kudos to UAMS
