he is terrible and no one seems to trust his capability to even be a doctor. He is hurt people, not helped people. He will continue to do so because the clinic can not find any other doctor willing to work for such a messed up place. The whole staff is pretty bad, especially that evil nurse Michelle. Everyone seems to hate her...but back to the doc..Kiser. He is about 110 years old and is really too old to be putting peoples lives at risk
