Check reviews for Dr. Andrew Ko. They practice together and both their practice have similar problems. Although Dr. Yang only checked my son ONCE during the first week after his birth, his practice along with Dr. Ko has issues w.r.t reaching them after hours. The so-called 'on-call doctor' seemed nothing more than a glorified call answering person who refuses to transfer to the real doctor unless the child has a fever. My new-born son (<2 months old) had severe cough and no fever in one occasion and in another, he was crying and didn't drink any milk for 8hours because of vaccines. But the on-call doctor says he has instructions from the practicing doctor that unless the baby has fever, he cannot connect to them. WORSE yet, during x-mas eve the on-call doctor said his instructions were to have the patient go to hospital or ER.
