Very poor service with this Dr. Instead of coming back every year for my yearly check-up, she told me to come back in three years. She's not very polite either. Would not recommend her.

Ive been a patient of Dr Alam's for several years. I was originally sent to her after my doctor relocated, and there has definitely been a progressive decline in her care. She often leaves early and has all of her appointments rescheduled, at one point I had been rescheduled 4 times before actually being seen. When you are seen its generally about 30 minutes late. She rarely listens to or addresses ALL of your concerns, which means you will have to return over and over again... and she decides what is important and what is not, overlooking several symptoms. I have switched physicians and will NOT return to her care. I recommend you pass this one up if your looking for a physician. Totally not worth the frustrations. The best part of her care is her nurse Alicia, she is the one who gets things done, fixes the messes and keeps that doctor in business.

She rushed me through the visit, interrupted me several times, and spoke condescendingly. I'm a very friendly easygoing person and yet I felt like a burden to her. She asked me if I had any questions as she was heading out the door, and when I did have a question, she became visibly annoyed. I'm switching doctors ASAP.

First visit with this doctor. Felt uncomfortable with the dr's. demeanor and attitude. Felt like my physical was rushed, as though I was just another sheep in the heard that needed to be counted for that day. I will do a follow up with this dr in hopes this was just an off day, however if I have the same experience I shall immediately seek another physician for my primary care.
