Confusing billing practices with noone willing to assist in understanding, never return phone calls due to "machine sending messages to space", RUDE reception/office staff, high turn over of dentists in both offices. Began a treatment process that was supposed to take 9 months to complete, now 8 months in and not even to the half way point. I have shown up for appointments only to find an empty office waiting for me. Have waited an hour for an appointment only to be told they did not have the product to provide me with service that day.
