Dr Tailor and her staff are out of this world! Clean office. Easy Parking.

I've been going to Dr. Tailor for the past few years after my friend highly recommended her for general dentistry. Going to the dentist is not most people's favourite experience, however Dr. Tailor makes it as painless as possible. She always listens to my complaints and tries to be proactive about my dental issues e.g. making me a night guard for my grinding teeth or putting sealants in to try to prevent cavities. She has a gentle manner about doing dental work on patients and it helps make going to the dentist not as painful. The bottom line for a lot of dentists out there is the $$$, but I really feel that Dr. Tailor is respectful and realistic about what really needs to be done for me. She has recently moved offices! The office is modern, spacious and has the most up-to-date equipment. I enjoyed the TV screens at each of the office chairs. The front-end staff are also very efficient and diligent with billing and reminding me about my appointments.

Dr. Tailor is a highly skilled provider of dentistry. She is calm and professional and the procedures she has done on me in the past few years have been relatively painless. Her new office is clean and state of the art with a soothing ambiance. I especially like the digital X-rays being displayed on the chair-side screens which make it clear to me (and her) the problem areas of my teeth. The staff are great and her hygienist is also well trained and gentle. Highly recommended.

I first saw Dr. Tailor seeking a second opinion in 2009. She recommended a deep clean of my teeth, root canal treatment, the restoration of an existing bridge and a crown. In the past year, the procedures she performed have all been compatible and worked seamlessly. I feel relieved that my oral status and hygiene are now above those expected of a 70 year old. Her technical skills are second to none and I consider my assessment accurate because I have seen many dentists in my lifetime. Her new office opened in the past year is state of the art, clean, with infection control procedures in place. Her staff are well-trained. I especially like the chair-TVs which makes the time pass by quickly. She has a pleasant chair-side manner which is also reflected in her staff. Check-in and check-out procedures are straightforward with costs clearly disclosed and explained up front. I am confident that she is a Dentist worthy to recommend to my Family and friends.

Dr. Tailor is simply amazing. I never realized a dentist could be so warm and gentle. I always had panic attacks at other dentists because of how rough they are, but Dr. Tailor continuously asks you if you're ok during procedures. She tells you everything she's doing and everything that's going on in your mouth. I never knew I had a 10% overbite and my upper jaw never fused! and I've had metal in my mouth since I was 7. The staff is also extremely courteous. I can't stress enough how awesome Dr. Tailor's office is. If you need a dentist in Austin, go nowhere else but to Dr. Tailor!
