Dr. Yang is probably knowledgeable, but she is not warm and friendly at all. I don't want my doctor to be a robot. When leaving Dr. Yang's office, you get the impression that she doesn't care if she ever sees you again, treats you like a stranger when you do see her. Her nurse does not have a lot on the ball, nor does she instill confidence in the patient.
