Love the mouth piece hate working with the clinic. Need a replacement because your mouthpiece was lost or damaged? Be prepared to wait 3 weeks because god forbid you need to breathe at night any sooner. Don’t worry it’s their process they tell me. Oh? You don’t have a CPAP at home ( no that’s why we have the mouth piece) - too bad. Oh you needed a rush? You should have mentioned that during the worthless nanadatory visit because dropping off your molds to get the process started isn’t an option. Well I thought holy cow! 3 weeks? I’m going on a trip and need them sooner. That must sound like I don’t need a rush. Hate working with the team but the device has worked wonders. Don’t ever be late! Their time is what is most important.
