Dr. Behar is very serious but very attentive. He reviewed my medical history thoroughly and an MRI DVD that I brought to the appointment. After a balance and neurological exam he scheduled me for further testing. Regarding my condition, he explained his diagnosis thoroughly and clearly and answered my questions honestly. I highly recommend him. The only minor annoyance I had was not with the doctor but with the receptionist. I arrived on time for my CONFIRMED appointment only to be told that I did not have one and that it had been cancelled. The person who confirmed it was then called over to be questioned in front of me! Unprofessional. On my second visit to the office, the same receptionist asked me if I was waiting for someone in spite of the fact that I had signed in for my appointment. She's a nice person but it's unfortunate that her position is the first one patients see and not a good impression of the office. Don't be put off and don't hold it against the doctor, he is great!

He's very caring and knowledgable but doesn't seem to give any thought to treatment. He had me get a series of MRI's which showed the development of an increasingly negative condition but he never suggested any treatment or change that might help. All he told me was to get another test in 6 months presumably to watch my condition continue to worsen.
