The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment was effortless (I went the very next day). I was attended to immediately, and taken into the exam room within 5 minutes. The doctor was sort of serious, but she knew what she was doing and answered any questions I had. Overall, a very nice positive experience.
