The staff has changed since the 2009 review on here. I agree they used to be dismal, but are ok now.

The staff of this office is extremely unprofessional. I have received different bills from one office visit and they always push me off the phone by saying they are very busy. They say they will call back and they don't. On a prior visit, the doctor could not be bothered informing me that there was a problem with my labwork.
