Dr. Mehio and Aria Dental are outstanding. The hygienists (especially Joy), the admin, the dentist DR. MEHIO - they have always gone the extra mile to make me feel like a valued patient and person. Beyond being knowledgeable, evidence-based and technologically savvy, Dr. Mehio strikes me as a clinician who loves his job or at the very least, loves helping people. The time he has taken with his appointments - when he really didn't have to - is always appreciated. His staff are also incredible and compassionate. I am a tough patient as I come ready with my research, but his team continues to impress. There are dentists who want to make money and get "good reviews", and then there are respectable and kind-hearted PROFESSIONALS like Dr. Mehio, Joy and his full team. 5 big stars from me!

I have absolute confidence in Dr Mehio’s extraordinary abilities. This is a professional at the peak of his craft, so deeply immersed in a profession he clearly loves that he will occasionally hum along to the background music (disco, mostly :) while he performs complex surgeries, which surprised me, then totally put me at ease. My dental issues started a long way back, then were exacerbated during the pandemic, but since my time being treated at Aria I have felt safe, and received only the most superb care. All emails are responded to swiftly, urgent calls for advice are answered by Dr M himself even at weekends or after work, with calm instructions and detailed solutions. All the tech on site, e.g. to 3D-print crowns while you wait, is state-of-the-art and supports the clinical excellence at this practice.

The studios biggest asset is it’s all-female staff - an empathic, spirited group of talented office managers, dental assistants and hygienists that manage everything from the welcoming environment at the start to email comms, patient care and to day-to-day aspects of the practice.

Look no further, this is the dental studio for your journey, however difficult it may get.

I've been going to Dr. Mehio for the last 5 years and have recommended others to him as well. He is very friendly and knowledgable and the rest of the staff is also excellent. I have had Invisalign and also a gum graft with no complications or issues with either. There are many other dentists closer to me but I will continue to come to this clinic!

Wonderful experience. This is by far the greatest dental office my family and I have ever been too! The entire staff make you feel so at ease and informed whether you're there for a general cleaning or dental work and the quality of care is exceptional. My hygienist Kate is truly the best, Dr. Mehio and his assistants are beyond amazing, and even the ladies at the front desk are always so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with our insurance. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

I have known dr Mehio for many years. He's passionate about what he does, is honest and really skilled. In fact, during our residency, he was known for his ability to handle the complex treatment in an efficient and positive manner. I recommend him to my patients who move to the Vancouver area.

dr mehio has been my family dentist on and off for few years (because I moved from Vancouver and back). I am very happy to have an honest good dentist. he and staff pay attention to details (this I appreciate because I am afraid of germs and have a general fear of dental appointments). He has treated my family and done: root canals, basic fillings, wisdom teeth for my daughter. We have been happy with the work and other dentists have told us the work is also very good. I appreciate him and hope that he knows that.
