Two shoulders repaired and painless now with great results. Able to throw overhand and resume balance in all activities. Additionally for my son the rugby player, Olivia repaired a shoulder surgery done by another that did not yield desired results. My son is now back to fly fishing, back country skiing and yes a bit of rugby. Olivia you and your team are excellent. Thank you

I recently had a total hip replacement surgery performed by Dr. Cheng, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her expertise and care throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-up appointments, Dr. Cheng was always professional, knowledgeable, and very personable.

Before the surgery, she took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. During the surgery, she and her team were incredibly skilled and efficient, which helped to minimize my hospital stay. In my case I was a candidate for outpatient surgery and was able to return home the same day.

I left the hospital with detailed instructions on how to care for my hip and manage my pain. She made sure to call and check on my progress.

It is now a few weeks post surgery and my recovery has been smooth and successful. I am now starting to return to my normal activities.

I highly recommend Dr. Cheng to anyone in need of any type of orthopedic procedure. She is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients and their well-being.

This was my first visit. she did not take time to listen to my concerns regarding my condition. Her tone, the pace at which she spoke, and her body language showed she was eager to leave. she showed no compassion, let alone any interest, in finding a solution for the debilitating pain. she was defensive and showed arrogance. All I got was a referral to pain management which is just a band-aid solution. I think this facility is overrated and I would not recommend their services.

I very rarely write comments or rate anyone however in this case I feel I should share my experience. I was referred to Dr Cheng following a right shoulder injury, I was seen promptly and referred for diagnostic imaging in what I would describe as a surprisingly quick time. Surgery was very successful (repair to my right rotator cuff), follow-up was just amazing. Dr Cheng is a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgeon, one of the best I have dealt with. Start to finish, my experience with Dr. Cheng and staff has been outstanding. I feel very fortunate to have been under her care.

I left feeling pretty confused and though i should regroup with my doctor.I felt like dr Chieng wasn't giving me options only trying to rush for surgery. Went on a physio plan instead and healed without operation.

Dr Cheng was great until she wasn't. She followed me for several years and consistently said that when I was ready for surgery we could do it. When I was ready, and tried to book a date, and asked her some questions about complications, she lost interest and told me to go somewhere else. So I'm two years behind in getting my mobility back, but finally met another ortho surgeon who was willing to answer my questions and told me they were not complex.
