We have been visiting Dr. Cotton for almost 3 years. We absolutely love her & her staff. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable & patient. My oldest had gone to a previous dentist & had a traumatizing experience. I began looking for a new one & were blessed when we found Dr. Cotton. My oldest was nervous at first because of that first dentist, but left Dr. Cottons with a big smile & wishes to come back soon. My youngest has only known Dr. Cotton & always looks forward to seeing her & her staff. Every time he looses a tooth, he asks how soon until we see Dr. Cotton so he can save it to show her. All the staff know us by name & are easy to talk to. They act like one big family & make you feel like you're part of it. My boys love going to the dentist! The office is spectacular! We are never rushed. Dr. Cotton always makes sure the boys understand what is going on with their dental care. We're moving out of state next year, but twice a year, we will be visiting Dr.Cotton! She's that good!

I think Dr. Cotton is wonderful. Her office policy could use an overhaul. I can't stand her office manager. I had the same problem as a previous client. I called and gave 24 hour notice to cancel (no, reschedule) an appointment and was told that it had to be 24 hour BUSINESS hours. I was short by about 3 hours. I had missed an appointment before, and I was willing to pay the fee since I just didn't show up, and every time I call, I'm reminded of this indiscretion. You see, now I have a "history". Is Dr. Cotton really that hard up for money that she's willing to charge these fees and risk losing clientele? It's sad. Again, Dr. Cotton is good. I'm leaving due to policy and a snarky office manager.

Paid for a cleaning that my child did not receieve. Paid for sealants that had to be replaced by another Dr a month later! Office staff completely ignorant and down right strange!!!

I would not recommend this office. I had to cancel my daughter's appointment that was scheduled for Monday, so I called and left a message Friday evening on the office voicemail. 24 hours notice, isnt it? Well in their minds it has to be 24 hours in BUSINESS hours. I am still being charged a missed appointment fee! Poor business practice. They lost a patient for a measly $25.00. Wow! Stephanie

I'm so pleased with Dr. Cotton and her staff. Not only is she great with the kids, she's great with me too. She is gentle and encouraging, so the kids are comfortable with going to the dentist. I love how she talks to and relates to the kids, and encourages their participation in their own dental care and oral hygiene. She doesn't lecture them, or talk to me so they can hear. She talks to them so I can hear. Obviously, there are things that need to be discussed with just the parent, and she does that too. She does not make me feel like a bad parent. She has not recommended work that is not absolutely necessary, and takes the most permanent route, which means no repairs later, especially for baby teeth. Her office is clean with movies, toys and books for the kids, including video games for older kids. Dr. Cotton has been in the dental field for years, and has seen it all. She certainly knows her stuff!
