Dr NAKHLA is amazing!
He actually takes the time to listen and treat any issue you have. He is definitely married to his profession. This is the first time a doctor calls me just to see how I am doing and checks regularly.

He has severe punctuality issues. On phone also, he does not provide any time slots and could call anytime of the day. He does not respect others time and schedule . Wish he could fix those because he is a good doctor otherwise.

Honestly, Dr. Nakhla has a terrible reputation for arriving on your appointments on time. There were multiple instances when he delayed the beginning of my appointment to chit-chat with his fellow co-workers or guests from other rooms in his native tongue (Egyptian). The chats weren't even related to the appointment itself. The advice he gives you about prescriptions/medicines are not anything different you can search from google (literally can just talk to a costco pharmacy worker). Do not even get me started with the staff - those front desk ladies are just super rude and have no punctuality like the dr.

I really value Dr Nakhkla for being an outstanding physician helping me with rare to find care for my Diabetes and my Anxiety / depression . He is so patient with my downfalls and always very positive and supportive that made me feel much better after just talking to him . He is one of a kind doctor with his caring follow up that encouraged me to be a healthier man and to quit smoking . Words are little to express my gratitude , I am definitely a much better person because if him . Thank you.

Dr. Nakhla never makes it on time for your scheduled appointment and he has the habit of using his cellphone during your appointment (clearly distracted/not paying attention). The prescriptions he gives you are completely useless. My mental health got worse by having Adel as my doctor. He also told my daughter that she has social anxiety and son that he has ADHD when other doctors/professionals said they don't. Highly NOT recommended.

Dr Nakhla has excellent knowledge but staff are not professional. The punctuality is the worst with wait times ranging from 1-2hrs from the appointment time. With Covid, no in-patient visits are allowed unless the doctor is convinced by the patient to see them. It takes few days before you are given an appointment for a telephone call appointment with the doctor and that too without a time. Doctor will call anytime during the day is what you are told. I stick to the doctor because of his knowledge, precise diagnosis most of the times.
Most of the Scanning specialists and other test operations specialists including dentists see patients in person so why not your family physician? What is the point of having a family physician if you cant see him or her in times of need?

Very Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Takes his time and is a good communicator. I highly recommend Dr. Nakhla to anyone. Very hard to find a Doctor like him. Thank you Doctor for being there for me and my family.
