I recently had an issue with my left eye and decided to get it checked out. I walked into FYI Doctors in Willow Point (Campbell River) without an appointment. They arranged an appointment with Dr. Paroo on the spot and after taking a couple of pictures, Dr. Paroo determined I had a retinal tear. He contacted the ophthalmologist on call and arranged a meeting at the Comox Hospital that afternoon. I received laser surgery to fix the retinal tear, thus avoiding a possible detachment.
I am very grateful for the treatment and care I received from Dr. Paroo and the staff at FYI Doctors.
