INCOMPETENT FOR RHINO. After meeting several surgeons, I decided to go with this doctor. We both seemed to be on the same page for the reshaping of the tip of my nose, and I was very confident all would go well (minor changes, local anaesthesia, 45 min surgery). The result was a disaster : half of of the tip of my nose was missing!!!! I had to live with it for a year, showing the world this awful job. After 10 months, I went under the knife again (only had to pay anaesthesia this time). Wow. He succeeded to make it WORST : my nose was purple for more than a year. The tip is extremely unequal, with weird square angles, much smaller than it should be (not aesthetic at all) and to top it all, it just won't stop leaking. It has now been 3 years and I'm devastated. I'm scared to try to fix it again in case it would get worst, but so embarrassed by my look. What was a small surgery for my 30th birthday became the biggest mistake, all caused by the incompetence of a surgeon.

S'il s'agit bien de Gilles Beauregard, ce médecin m'a fait une intervention trop importante pour ne pas m'hospitaliser. Je suis sortie de l'hôpital le matin même de l'opération. J'ai dû y retourner le lendemain à cause d'un hématome qui me faisait risquer l'amputation. Il est venu me voir aux urgences, l'air mal à l'aise et déterminé à me signer un congé au plus vite. Mais heureusement, un autre médecin m'avait fait hospitaliser. Quand j'ai dit ça à Beauregard il a eu l'air nerveux. Finalement, j'ai dû passé quatre jours à l'hôpital. Méfiez-vous des commentaires trop positifs qui peuvent être faits par les médecins eux-mêmes!
