Not satisfied at all. Doctor clearly did not check my chart before she came into my room. She seemed confused when I asked her to check-up on my foot she recently prescribed me 3 medications for. I returned to have a mole removed. I felt very uncomfortable when I left the office. When I got home I looked beneath the bandage to see the procedure, turns out only 1/3 was gone. She had done a biopsy instead of removing it, as asked. In addition she did not let me know how the procedure worked or how long it would take. Very upset- wasted my time and money and now I have 2 stitches to watch over. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. P.S. as the secretary checked my vitals (I repeat: the secretary, not nurse) she explained to me that the doctor "just makes her do this". Very unprofessional.
