It seems like she is constantly getting new staff, so the quality fluctuates, but I've only met one person in the 6 years I've been going to Dr. B that I actively disliked. Punctuality is always an issue, there's no getting around it. Although, the later in the day it gets, the worse it gets, so make your appt. as early in the day as you can. But I continue to go to Dr. B, because she has helped me immensely with my fibro. She has referred me to multiple specialists, and worked patiently with me, tweaking my meds to find the right ones for me. She is always friendly and patient, and takes the time to hear all of my symptoms, and discuss each one. My fibro is massively better than it was 6 years ago, and I firmly believe that is thanks to Dr. Braverman.

I have found Dr. Braverman to warm, campasionate, knowledgeable, and caring. Many times I am late getting into my appointment but I also know it is because she is taking the time she needs to with her patience. I have never in the six years that I have been going there been mistreated by anyone on her staff. They are always friendly and willing to listen to any questions or concerns I might have. They always work me in when I have to quickly see the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Braverman to anyone.

Support staff has made me question decision to continue going here.Rarely get a live person othr than receptionist who cant leave her desk or assist othr than put you into voicemail. Can take wks to get referal & is usually aftr leavg msgs on referral line. Getting contactd re test results rare & usually only after leaving several msgs-by then its been weeks. When you have issue that needs answer on asap you cant get a medical assistant on phone; can only leave msg & hope for return call. I understand protocol but dealing w/ patients & their health, kindness & customer svc are a must. I monitor my bp & heart rate & other than experienced medical assist, rarely do they get correct heart rate & sometimes get bp wrong; when questioned, experiencd medical assist has to re-do vitals. Recently went to a specialist & his ofc staff went out of their way in concern for me & to make me feel comfortble. Aftr going there, it has highlighted even more the issues w/ staff at Dr Braverman's ofc.

This doctor overbooks, has changed her staff to the rudest bunch of people. I would avoid going there. Be ready to sit in the lobby one to two hours past your appointment time. The staff always seems like you are bothering them when you ask them a question. They also leave you on hold for 20 minutes or longer if you call them. I have been a patient for over 5 years. The quality of patient care is getting worse as time goes on.
