I will not be going back to Dr. Stein’s office. I have been going for the last year and a half. On my second visit he mentioned to one of his staff that I don’t have a very good benefit plan. He had ambitious plans for my teeth and when I put on the brakes, he referred me to a colleague to continue my work. He wanted me to get the Invisalign braces, which shocked me. I was 66 years old, my gums have been receding, I had already had a back tooth pulled by my previous dentist, because it was no longer deeply rooted and was giving me some pain. If my teeth are just hanging on, what would happen if they were all moved around with braces?He made it clear to me on my last visit last week (apparently his colleague has moved on) that my bite is bad. I know it is. I grew up at a time when only a few kids got braces, not the whole school, however, I have always had dental care since I was five years old. Since I seem to get a slight infection in one spot on my gums, he said (twice) that he would give me an exceptional product to help with that. When it came time to pay the bill, the product cost $31.50 plus tax…of course he didn’t “give it to me”. I thought he would be giving me a sample to try. Once I was home and read the box, the product’s active ingredient was fluoride and it’s designed for preventing cavities. Nothing was mentioned for infection. I went back yesterday to return it and was told since it’s a medicated product and had left their office, they could not give me a refund. I left it there…a sealed box, untouched. Maybe they will sell it again to someone else. If I kept it, I knew it would sit on a shelf until I finally threw it out. I have no doubt that Dr. Stein is a knowledgeable dentist, but I have the distinct impression that he likes to upsell. I feel like it’s all about the money with him.

Staff is condescending and have an air of superiority.

Dr. Stein and his staff did amazing work on my 2.5 year old daughter. She received only the best in care and treatment and I was constantly updated on her progress; which is assuring as a parent. Would recommend his services to anyone!

Have taken my senior mother to Dr B. Stein - he has shown himself to be a dentist of excellent caliber. A dentist beyond his technical ability should be coupled with a bedside manner and scuples. This man demonstrates that. His support staff such as Erika are also professional/friendly. His clinic is well run.

The entire staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly & thoughtful from the time you walk through the door. Absolutely everyone makes you feel comfortable & taken care of. Dr. Stein is very friendly & couldn't be more caring or gentle. My only regret is that I didn't start going to Dr. Stein years ago. I absolutely recommend him to family & friends, I don't believe there is anyone who could give you better care & comfort.

I had my free complimentary visit, to Dr. Steins office at Pathway dental office, due to gum recession. Erika coordinator was very kind, and explained my problem very well to Dr. Stein. He took a picture of my whole mouth, and explained very briefly my problem, and explained the next step of the treatment. I had my own used mouth guard which was very uncomfortable while wearing at night. Dr. Stein looked without any charge, he made quite a bit of adjustments on my mouth guard, and I feel a huge difference while wearing at night. I am excited and looking forward to start my treatment under Dr. Stein's care at there Hamilton office. Malik

Dr. Bryan Stein is so amazing!! If you want an amazing experience he is the one to see. His staff is so great. They are such a great team. I had a whole mouth restored and I am so pleased with the results. You will be more than pleased with the experience.

Awesome dentist! I'm no longer a patient of his since I moved, but he is the best dentist I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). He explains everything thoroughly and is very gentle when giving needles (they DON'T hurt)! :)
