1st time I went to him very curt, 2nd time Dr. Blocker was rude to me because I didn’t come back for 7 years and I should have come back every year. because of my diabetes. Ever since then, I have found him to be a very kind, pleasant doctor who knows what he is doing. Yes the appointments are brief depending on what your issue is - however he is very cam and soothing. Once you know him he is really a nice man but he just comes off gruff.

The pupil-dilating eye drops given to me caused pain and blurred vision for a whole week, yet I was told to get new eyeglasses during that time. The whole process did not make sense. I am still recovering from the hurtful experience.

the secretary and ophtho tech is fine. dr blinker is something else. asked for my notes and it was the biggest flight. doesn’t answer questions or provide update for what is going on. terrible experience.

Careless for patients. Do not allow patients to ask questions.
I have visited 3 times already. No any word talking to me about my eyes condition or situation. Don’t like to spend any time on patients just counting the numbers. Very disappointing.

I don't think I'd go back. Dr. Blicker was either in a bad mood or this is just his bedside manner. He's very curt and not friendly at all. Walked into the room and barely said hello. I was his first patient so I can't say it was because he had a bad day.
Equipment also seems outdated.
Exam was very brief and did not seem through at all.

I’ve been seeing Dr Blicker for many years now due to my glaucoma. I have to say that he and his staff are the best! The office is run like a well oiled machine. There’s hardly ever a wait time and every one is efficient and very pleasant to deal with . Going to a doc’a appt is never a ‘happy’ experience as you’re always worried that you might get bad news but dr blicker’s calm reassuring voice and knowing how skilled and knowledgeable he is really takes the edge off . I will always be grateful to him and his staff for taking great care of me all these years .

I saw this doctor twice and both times he said I was suspect Glacoma my eye pressure was 20 both eyes both times I saw him. He uses old equipment to check your eye pressure. A machine that uaes a puff of air. I saw a different eye doctor that uses a modern digital pen like machine that checks my eye pressure and my eye pressure was 17 this is a huge difference. At 20 I was told I am suspect Glacoma at 17 and 18 I am not suspect glacome. The lesson here is if a doctor says you have a health problem. Make sure to get a second opinion from another doctor. After all it is just an opinion.

I came in to see Dr. Blicker because of my blurred vision. I was asked to wear a mask by the receptionist upon arriving into the office. I saw the assistant first before my consultation with the doctor. After putting in eye drops and waiting for my eyes to dilate for 25 mins, photos were taken and additional consulting was done. Every procedure was orderly and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and put me at ease with all my concerns. The staff are friendly and the technician is caring and thorough. I was reassured at my first visit and will be back for some tests in another appointment. Definitely recommend Dr.Blicker.
