They should be called SLOW access or Revolving Door Access. Staff constantly changes, Providers change & I'm constantly asked to have tests run. If you want to waste an entire day in a freezing, dirty lobby with a rude receptionist smacking gum go to the Lee Hwy office! This whole place is a joke! I will find another REAL doctor to go to.

Fast Access if anything but Fast. The staff is rarely the same & the good ones don't last long. Dr. Kerley only wants money & pushes unnecessary procedures & tests on pt's to make a quick dollar. He is NEVER on time & when he finally does show up he's in & out & could care less what you need. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Like a long line at an In & Out Burger. Constant staff changes, can't get calls returned, slow to diagnose, slow to treat. Insurance company said staff was difficult and hard to work with. Pharmacist recommended I file a complaint with the runaround they gave us. I would not recommend this doctor, period!

doctor kerely and all the doctors and staff at fast access health is very helpful, concerned, and compassionate. If you have a problem they are quick and knowledgeable to solve it. No matter if you are a new patient or have been with them for years you are treated like an important person instead of a dollar sign which is rare in this world of health care today. Doctors spend time to hear your problems and questions.
