Meeting this doctor has been one of the worst experiences of my life. She is extremely rude. I had heard not so nice things about her in the past but now I have witnessed it for myself. She gives Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, AL a bad name. If they had any sense they would fire her. She talks to patients as if they were a child and has NO bedside manner. Princeton is a Baptist hospital, but God help this lady and them. She is not a happy person and a horrible doctor.

Dr. Cotton is the worst she can be very rude. If you ask her any questions concerning your care she will fire you from her practice. She will tell if you have to question about anything that she does or any types of test that she orders on you then you need to find another doctor. I would not recommend anyone to her.

I saw Dr. Cotton several years ago and all she was concerned about was getting her co-pay. When I was 5 minutes late for my appt, she refused to see me and then charged me a no show fee. Then in order to get the fee removed, I had to talk to her. In order to talk to her I had to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment. Then, she wanted to charge a copay to see me to discuss a bill when that was the whole reason why I made an appointment. I decided, I no longer needed her services (this was my second appt), I paid her office the 50 dollars and told them I will never return to this office to see her cause all she is concerned about is money. I was late to the appointment because i couldn't find the office. I feel sorry for any patient that is EVER late to her office. Also, I had signed in on the sign in sheet and they still said i was a no show and they didn't have the sign in sheet for that day.

I have been seeing Dr. Cotton since 2000 and she has been wonderful. She is extremely personable and very concerned about her patients! I would recommend her to everyone.
