I was looking for a dentist near my home and my coworker told me about Dr. Yam. The location is accessible, the building is well kept and the office is kept clean.
The staff is very friendly and always pleasant to deal with. I have my whole family going there and now I told my mom , sister and nephew to start.
Dr. Yam is very professional and funny. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been going to see Dr. Yam for many years. I am the biggest wimp when it come to Dentists and Dr. Yam or his associates are the only dentists I trust and feel comfortable with. He has performed many surgeries, mostly self inflicted, and I have left 100% satisfied every time. I highly recommend Yam Dental.

There are dentists, and then there is Dr. Yam. There is something really great about a dentist who genuinely cares. I know the office is a busy place, but everyone is always is great spirits and going above and beyond to help. Make sure you chat with Paula and Leslie at the front. They are funny and really know their stuff. Most of the staff have been there forever, so you know it's a good place. And no heavy sales. The office will tell you what you need, give you a quote, and let you decide.
I have had a few toothaches in my day. It isn't fun, but at least I know that I am in good hands. Dr. Yam even called me at home one evening after I came in all swollen. He left me his personal cell number and told me to call if I needed him. Who does that anymore???

Did not want to see another dentist he was very helpful,eight years since I had seen one ,and the girl who deep cleaned half my teeth was excellent forgot her name going back to do the other half.

This dentist is the first one where I have NOT felt pressured to come back in. He is very kind, professional, yet knows how to make the patient comfortable and actually although I commute from Barrie to see him I feel it will be worth while to continue treatment with him. His assistants are kind and courteous and they all have an excellent healthy sense of humor which can make the difference between a pleasant or not so pleasing experience during dental procedure.. Keep up the excellent work folks!!!

Dr. Yam has been my dentist for 17 years now. He is amazing, always helpful and always very present. Recently had wisdom teeth removed and he even went as far as calling me from his personal number to check in on me later that night. He informed me I could message him directly if I need any help or information! I will never see another dentist, I currently live an hour and a half away and he is well worth the travel time. I will be bring my son to see him as soon as he starts his dental checkups.

Dr. Yam has been my dentist for many years. My husband , children and friends all see him. He is the most caring and compassionate dentist I know. I was very afraid but his professionality and kindness quickly put me at ease. He is a wonderful and talented dentist. I hope Dr. Yam never retires. Excellent and exceptional dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Yam for years now. My insurance doesn't cover me completely and they are always so good about quoting me for how much I'll have to pay. The receptionists are always great about fitting me in whenever I have a toothache! Wonderful service here, always recommending my friends and family:)
